Client-Specific Service Addendum · Full Journey Special Accommodation

This Client-Specific Service Addendum (“Addendum”) is issued to Nakia Wilson and supplements the True CreditIQ Credit Repair Services Agreement and the CEJ Service Addendum you also sign. It documents a one-time special program fee extended to you as a personal-circumstances accommodation. Where this Addendum states a different fee or term, this Addendum controls for you only — except that nothing here reduces any consumer right required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.) or the FCRA.

Full Journey Program — Special Accommodation. The standard Full Journey program fee ($593.00–$893.00) is replaced for you with a one-time special accommodation fee of $175.00 total. This rate is extended as a personal-circumstances accommodation, applies to this enrollment only, is not transferable, and does not establish a rate for any future enrollment, re-enrollment, or referral.

2. Nothing Is Paid Upfront

No payment of any kind is due at signing. No deposit, no retainer, no enrollment fee, no advance payment. In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679b(b)), every invoice is issued only after the corresponding services have been fully performed, with a summary of the work delivered for that milestone.

3. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel for any reason within five (5) business days of signing (the federal three-business-day right under 15 U.S.C. §1679c, voluntarily extended to five) — through end of day July 14, 2026. No services are performed and nothing is owed during this window. Your program starts on the sixth (6th) business day — July 15, 2026 — provided you have not cancelled. To cancel, use the Notice of Cancellation at the bottom.

4. Billing Schedule — Two Milestones

The special $175.00 fee is billed in two milestones, each invoiced only after the described work product has been delivered to you:

Invoices are payable via Bluevine (primary), PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle. If you cancel after the window, you owe only for milestones already completed; CEJ provides a final accounting within ten (10) business days.

5. Onboarding Items (due during the 5-day window)

Days 1–5 are used for onboarding — no dispute work happens yet. Please complete all of the following before July 15:

  1. Register for the secure client portal (True CreditIQ) — all messages and documents flow through the portal.
  2. Enroll in credit monitoring (MyFreeScoreNow, enrollment code C02C5044) — required for all Full Journey clients and maintained for the program term; monitoring is your own subscription, billed by the monitoring service, never by CEJ.
  3. Upload government-issued photo ID and proof of current address.
  4. Upload or authorize retrieval of available credit reports and any collection, eviction, or housing-related records you have received.

6. Scope Note — Housing / Eviction Records

You disclosed a possible eviction record. Eviction and rental-history records generally appear on rental-screening and specialty consumer-reporting agencies rather than the three national credit bureaus. Your Credit Analysis will therefore include the applicable specialty-bureau files (e.g., rental-screening reports) in its review, consistent with your FCRA §609 file-disclosure rights.

7. Your Obligations

As a continuing condition of service, you agree to maintain all of the following throughout the engagement:

  1. Maintain active 3-bureau credit monitoring through CEJ's designated link (single- or 2-bureau services do not satisfy this).
  2. Attend all scheduled check-ins with CEJ.
  3. Provide requested documents and information within seven (7) calendar days.
  4. Respond to CEJ communications within five (5) business days.
  5. Refrain from opening new derogatory accounts, missing payments, or otherwise damaging your credit during the engagement.
  6. Run all credit disputes exclusively through CEJ — no parallel disputes through another company, attorney, or DIY platform during the engagement.
  7. Provide truthful and accurate information at intake and throughout.

8. Nature of Services & No Guarantee

All services are credit education assistance. CEJ is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee any specific score outcome, deletion, or timeline; results depend on the accuracy and verifiability of the information in your files. Fees are for services rendered (analysis, education, dispute preparation, and submission) and are not contingent on results. You retain the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with bureaus and furnishers at no cost under the FCRA, and the right to review all information in your consumer files. Nothing in this Addendum waives any right under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, or Texas law.

9. Acknowledgment & Signature

I have read and understand this Addendum in full, together with the True CreditIQ Credit Repair Services Agreement and the CEJ Service Addendum it supplements.
I understand my special program fee is $175.00 total, a one-time, non-transferable personal accommodation that replaces the standard Full Journey fee.
I understand nothing is due at signing and no payment is ever due before the corresponding services are performed ($125 after the Analysis, $50 after the first round).
I understand my right to cancel within five (5) business days — through July 14, 2026 — at no cost, and that work begins July 15, 2026.
I understand I must enroll in and maintain MyFreeScoreNow 3-bureau credit monitoring for the program term.
I agree to all client obligations in Section 7.
I understand CEJ provides credit education assistance, not legal services or guaranteed outcomes.
I consent to sign electronically, and my typed name and signature below have the same effect as a handwritten signature.
